bang;
BANG;
boom;
Not all murders have a motive
This one certainly didn't
We've reached the end of the road
Ladies and Gentlemen, thank you for the ride

I'm bored .
And tired .
A horrible combination, I know .
I wanted to watch Superman Returns .
But sister was PMS-ing yesterday .
She was being the bitch she is
and said some really mean things to me .
I figured, it's not worth it to pay the $7 for her ticket .
And I'm supposed to save $50 out of my $50 allowance !
Until I get my pay, that is . x)
Hmm .
My aunt should pay me for scrubbing my cousin's socks !
It's a health hazard !
At least $10 a pair should be good enough .
Oh !
Anyone knows a good place to burn someone and never get caught ?
I'd very much like to burn Mae >D
It's a dare, see ? =)

The living room is sparkling clean .
Thanks to me, of course .
I was in a cleaning frenzy .
And I think I swept the kitchen floor about a grand total of 6 times .
Don't ask me why .
I don't know either .
Okay, maybe, I was being the perfectionist a little .
But hey, one speck on the floor does make the whole place look dirty!
And the dust !
Oh my god, the dust !
It seemed like someone emptied a whole bucket of sand in the house !
(No rewards for guessing who did
And no, it's not me)
I know it's pretty darn useless to clean the house in the afternoon since everyone is going to come home and turn it upside down anyway .
But as my grandmother says,
"The job of a housewife is never finished . "
Not like I have a burning ambition to become a housewife.
(In fact, I am still rather ambivalent about my future career.
After the MYEs, it seems to be steering towards the negative, as I had feared.)
Isn't it rather irksome that only women are expected to do housework ?
And still hold a full-time day job ?
What are men good for other than eating and sleeping ?
(and that other purpose, of course otherwise the world's population would stagnate)
But I guess, therein lies the power of women !
The god-given proof that women are better than men !
=)
Haha !
As I said, I was brought up a feminist .

I went swimming !
It's great to feel the momentum of each stroke.
The *whoosh* then *silence* then *whoosh*.
It's almost as good as sleeping.
Almost, I said.
I only did 10. =(
And even that took almost an hour !
I must be going pretty darn slow.
Think distance ! Not speed ! ^^
As soon as I head to the changing room, I realized why I felt uneasy when I left the house.
I forgot to bring something really really important !
A comb !
(and something else that I won't mention)
And to think that I actually double checked everything in my bag.
See, the problem with beach bags is that they're so huge, you're given the impression that you have everything in there.
Much like, Barney's big magical purple bag.
(Hey ! I used to adore that bag ! It has absolutely everything an art-crazy girl would need !)
But anyway !
I managed.
(do not attempt to ask me how, I won't tell you ever.
use your imagination if you want to. ) (=
I walked home looking like how medusa would if she straightened her hair.
Not a pleasant sight, I must say.
I forgot what swimming would do to my hair !
It's absolutely chlorinated now and it would take at least a fistful of conditioner to get it to return to what it was before.
And sadly, I did not manage to burn myself.
Seriously, I'm turning as yellow as a butterfly !
(Of course, not all butterflies are yellow, it just seems like the right expression to use xD)
I don't want my skin to turn a burnt dark chocolate like it was when i was playing bball every recess.
I just want a healthy glow. Not a sickly pale yellow. =P
I want to be healthy !
=)

There was an important discovery made today.
Today!
I found out that I am allergic to the aircon in LT2 !
It causes my nose to run.
Run like water, I tell you.
But luckily, today, I came prepared!
Haha!
I love tissue paper ! x)
Physics was unimaginable.
Unfathomable. Incomprehensible.
It left everyone utterly bewildered.
Speechless with amazement at how..
How...
...easily the examiners make us feel stupid.
Obviously, it was not an easy paper.
But at least, i managed to complete a few questions.
And I can confidently say that I will get more than 5 marks.
That's rather ambitious, don't you think? =)
Let me make myself clear.
More than 5, less than 10.
How about that?
The paper is graded upon 100, I think.
The report card will look great with 10%
Fabulous.
I ran out of time for the MCQ,
thanks to the guy who was making funny sounds with his throat.
At one point of time, it even sounded like he was beatboxing. -.-'
Well, let's just say, I lost time turning around trying to glare at him.
And I finally had the Chocolate+Oreo drink from the fruitstall in school.
Come on, I've been craving for that for WEEKS !
It was.... heaven.... *sigh*
Of course, my selective memory has decided to forget about the high sugar content for a while.
Oh !
Did I ever mention that I absolutely detest buses with their windows covered with ads?
Oh yes. Now that I mentioned it, I HATE IT !
I'm desperately hoping SBS would chance upon this blog and read this.
Dear Mr SBS,
I would dearly appreciate it if you would scrape all the ads from your 24 buses. This is because from the inside, it looks all black and and the mini dots that allow the passengers, namely, ME, to look outside makes me dizzy.
My eyes tend to focus on the dots itself and not the outside world. This results in motion sickness in ME.
I understand that this would result in high financial losses on your part. Please rest assured that all the losses will be refunded by my billionaire future-husband in 10 years time.
Thank you for your kind understanding. =)
I AM aware that the letter made me sound a little bimbo-ish.
Heh.
Well, there's no harm in a little imagination to make life worth living, is there?
=)
5DAYS till H1chemistry !
Life is good. =)

My cousin is a sissy.
Tell me, which 10 year old bawls his lungs out when his mother leaves for work?
My cousin, of course.
Something is wrong.
He totally lacks masculinity.
In fact, I'd go so far as to say, he may have been a girl all this while.
Only, we never knew.
Okay, maybe it's just my feminist self talking.
But really, one thing I really hate is a guy who cries. Without valid reason.
He was wailing as though his whole family just died.
Thank god the teevee my grandma was watching was freaking loud.
Drowned the horrible sound a bit.
For heaven's sake, the whole neighbourhood doesn't need to know that your mum just left for work and that she won't be back till late.
Honestly, even I don't want to know.
And my poor eardrums had to tolerate all that screaming.
Really, he was screaming, "Bye Ma!" from the 9th storey.
My reaction?
"What.. the.. hell.. SHUT UP !"
and for the record, I WAS studying Physics.
Bad time to annoy me, I must say.
I don't remember EVER crying when my mum left for work.
I do remember, however, that most of the time, I was overjoyed she left.
M mother was a tyrant when I was younger.
No, I don't miss her when she's at work, I SAVOUR the moments when I could play in peace without someone shouting at me every 2 seconds.
I was absolutely terrified of my mother when I was little.
Somehow, she changed when we grew up.
She's much much more lenient now.
How unfair that these annoying brats never got to see the disciplinarian side of her.
*shivers*
It made me who I am.
I wonder, would they still be that rude if they had been exposed to the tyranny as my sisters and I had?
Hah.
I bet they would cower in fear behind the couch if they even got a fraction of what we got.
Sissies.

Math wasn't just a killer.
It was a serial killer.
Really.
It basically chopped everyone up into 10 different pieces and fed us to the malicious examiners.
I bet the invigilator, (who is a math teacher, of course) had his inner voice laughing that evil laugh.
I bet it went, "MUAHAHAHAHAHHAHAH!! DIE! ALL YOU ANNOYING TEENAGERS!"
1 paper.
10 questions.
10 different deaths.
There is only so many times a person can die and I found out today, it is definitely more than ten.
I'm a living proof!
I'm alive!
Even the headache I had while doing the paper wasn't enough to cause my brain to explode.
I was actually expecting it to burst open anytime, spewing all my brain juices over the floor of the lecture theatre.
Tsk. Didn't happen.
I also had the bad luck of losing my nose.
Seriously, why did it choose to run at a time like this?
And I couldn't even rely on the aircon to freeze it up.
It was too bloody hot that the aircon caused it to run even more.
I only managed to catch it after the paper ended.
Well, I did contemplate on whether I should raise my hand and ask for a tissue paper to catch the running nose... but well... the invigilator had a scary look on his face.
I didn't dare. =)
Ohohoh! I have the whole of tomorrow to study for physics!
Ooohh yeaaah!
Now I can study for physics without guilt.
(Ohh erm did I ever say, I hate studying for math, thus giving me the guilt everytime I study physics?
No?
Oh well, now I'm telling you.)
=)
MSN is still down, by the way.
No hopes of talking crap to anyone to release the stress.
Damn.
Looks like I have to go back to the age-old method of stress relief: SLEEP!
=D

Thankfully, I did not die when faced with the horrendous GP paper.
Well, no, I did not find it even the slightest bit horrendous.
But somehow, my relationship with the paper never seems to be in any way related to the results I eventually get.
Which means, even though I found the comprehension easier than my English prelim paper last year, it does not automatically mean that I will get even the slightest bit better than what I got for that killer paper.
It was fantastically amazing that I was one of the few that got an A1 for that paper and a B3 for the O level paper that I found, was much easier than prelim.
Somehow, my computer is taking revenge on me.
The bloody annoying thing crashed!
Can you believe it....
All the articles I have ever written...
All the stupid shit stuff I can't bear to delete...
The computer was my life !
Okay, so maybe it's telling me it was high time I studied for math.
and physics... and chem...
Ohohoh !
It's confirmed, alright.
Now the internet is punishing me !
It's difficult enough for me to move the cursor, this stupid shit of a laptop doesn't have to disconnect everytime I tried to re-connect it !
And the messenger is down. Great.
As if I'm not riled up already, webmessenger seems to detect a phantom pop-up blocker that must have slipped past me.
How many freaking times do I have to turn the damn thing off? -.-'
Ohh well...
Today is NOT my day.

Something was definitely wrong with me yesterday.
My fingers were in a mad feverish urge to keep typing.
And no, I couldn't spam my own blog, of course.
I would post all the crazy conversations I had but...
Come on, do you HONESTLY think I would post something to embarass myself? =)
Of course not. ^^
Seriously, half the time, I didn't know what I typed.
Totally explains my amnesia-like state when I woke up today.
Oooohhhh!!
I'd have to apologise to all the people I annoyed last night. =)
I re-read all the online conversations I had yesterday that the idiot comp did not wipe out.
NOT good.
I was going on and on about nothing.
Erm, I caught a glimpse about Shirin's brother wiping maple off her comp.. and some SilkRoad online game?
I can't remember the rest of what was wiped out.
I think I wrote more testimonials on Friendster yesterday than I ever did in my whole life.
Which was good, actually.
And I think last night I finally beat Shirin AND Jeremy at crapping.
They were left pretty stumped.
I must say, it was quite a feat. =)
up&down says:
I think I'm losing it a little.
Thealterego says:
a little is an understatement
Okay. So Shirin thinks I'm nutters now.
NO, I think, she have always thought I am. -.-
And I found a cure
It takes a 5 minute conversation with Mae to reassure myself that I am indeed sane.
Seriously, see below.
Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. Damn. says:
AHHHHHHHHHHHH FFFFFFFRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAA YEEEEEE
Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. Damn. says:
GWWWAGLA
Oh, that's just an excerpt.
Nutters.
Read that?
Now THAT'S what I would call insane.
I am NOWHERE near that. =)
At least, I still type real words. ^^

I was snatched by the gym monster and tortured to death on the StairMaster machine.
Yes. You are reading the words of the Ghost of Me.
Would you believe that? =)
On Monday, I received the results of the MRI.
Of course, it is far easier to use the excuse that I was sick rather than say I was stoning.
So i caught snatches of what the doctor said...
(to my mum, mainly, since he thought me totally incapable of understanding basic biology DESPITE me wearing my school uniform)
Something about " ... tear...(blablabla)... meniscus... (blablabla)... surgery ... (blablabla) ...
[At this point I started paying attention, for goodness' sake, he just mentioned 'SURGERY!'. Which equals needles, pain, pain, and more pain!]
He rambled on, "It would be advisable if she had a few months of trial P.E. So she would know the extent of the pain and reconsider surgery." (THERE! He said it again!)
In my shock at hearing pain and surgery being mentioned in one sentence and more specifically, referring to me, it slipped my mind the gravity of what the doctor had mentioned.
Flashback: [TRIAL P.E.!!!!]
My heart did little whoops of joy and delight.
I would have done cartwheels right in the doctor's office if I knew how. But the unfortunate thing is that I don't and to keep from embarassing myself, I refrained.
(Ohh, you can almost hear the lazy knee sighing with relief)
Why am I so happy, you ask?
Because, to be honest, I have always been a sports buff.
(though I'm far from what you may call buff)
and the knee injury more than changed my life.
The doc's words were like the green light I had been waiting for the whole year.
I hit the gym just now.
and maaaaannn, I feel great. =)
Nothing like the good old adrenaline pumping to keep one moving.
Another reason why it felt great:
When I reached home, mom was having dinner.
She asked, casually, (she knows she'll get more answers if she pretends she didn't care)
"Where did you go?"
With a big silly grin on my face, I answered, "the Gym!"
She didn't give me her can't-be-bothered look that she usually shows when I'm acting silly.
(which I am, actually)
Instead she said, "Did you do all the exercised the physiotherapist taught you? Does your knee hurt when you're going them? Does it hurt now? You haven't been taking the pills I bought! You know, the pills could actually work if you would even give it a try."
I was stumped for about 2 seconds. I had this thought exactly. (Ohhh noooo... mom is turning into a nagger again! Uhh-ohh! RUN for your life!)
But actually, I recognize that she was concerned.
As she said, she doesn't want to see me with a walking stick before I'm even twenty.
Sigh....
I want to play tennis!
I want to go rollerblading!
I want to play bball!
Okay, okay, one day at a time, I get it, I get it.
*Deep breathe*
LIFE! HERE I COME!

I am now staring blankly at the computer screen,
waiting for the flu tablet I took 4 hours ago to take effect.
Zwonked is a nice word to describe the state I'm in.
I asked for fever! Not flu!
Bleaahh.
I woke up this morning and it was raining.
'Damn, the weather is so nice today,' I thought.
I went back to sleep and woke up at twelve.
(and realised what a mistake that was)
Somehow, while I slept, the flu bug had decided to punish me for hitting that snooze button.
I bet it was laughing that evil laugh, saying, 'Muahaha! So you chose to sleep, eh? YOU SHALL BEAR THE CONSEQUENCES!'
I swear I'm going to stomp the fever bug with my foot when I see it.
Fancy letting his brother, the Flu bug take over his job.
As I said, 'I asked for FEVER! Not FLU!'
For some deluded people out there who thinks that fever=flu, you are terribly wrong.
For one, fever is not as evil as his twin brother flu.
and he definitely does not turn his victims into Rudolphs overnight.
Although fever, as well as flu, causes one to shake violently under the thick blanket, flu takes it a step further by attacking the head as well. Resulting in the inability to sleep in most victims.
I can still see hear those skeptical comments so if you are one of them, kindly leave a tag and I will get both flu and feer to demonstrate the difference to you.
How about that?
Definitely a whole lot easier to learn first hand, no?
It seems flu is throwing tantrums in my head.
Hmm...?
Yeah. That's flu, alright.
Vision is blur.
World is spinning.
Temples vibrating.
'Flu! I say you stop it this instant or I'm taking more tablets to get rid of you!'
Now, that's better.
=D Off to sleep it off now.
(Pray with me that flu doesn't come back to bring his revenge to a higher level)

I think I am waaaayyy too negative for my own good.
But, i can't help it.
I'm just me.
Not pessimistic.
I'm a bitch.
I don't know why I can't just like everybody at first impression.
No, I don't like many people under 2nd impression either.
It takes a 3rd or 4th or (usually) 5th impressionfor me to like someone.
In other words, I need to know the person inside and out.
(Now, that just sounds kinda wrong...)
And people I don't like, I just tolerate.
While I talk easily about myself to everyone, it stops there.
Just talk. No trust. No rapport.
I disappear in big groups.
Especially if I don't know them all too well.
I can be nice. If I want to.
No, if I'm in the mood to.
Shit.
I'm in one of those moods again.
I miss TKGS.
I miss Bball.
I miss my friends.
Speaking of which...
4e2 class reunion this Saturday!
*rubs hands with glee*
Hmm.. I wonder if Mas is back yet.
Bleah!
I want my old place by the dusty door!
I want Shirlyn in front of me!
I want Kristen beside me! and Mas in front of Kristen!
I want bball every recess!
I want to be scared every Amath lesson!
I want to admire Mrs. Geh's hot bod every Amath lesson!
I want to sleep in Bio!
I want to gossip about a certain History teacher's fashion sense!
I want to doodle during english!
I want kaya toast!
I want fish burger!
I want to solat in the stinky NPCC room.
I want to burn my skin playing bball.
I want to take the crowded 33 every morning.
I want to go home at 2.15 everyday!
I want to sing the school song!
I want my ears to bleed listening to Loke-Yeo talk!
I want TKGS!
The School Song.
We cannot all be heroes and thrill a hemisphere.
With some great daring venture, some deed that mocks at fear.
But we can fill a lifetime with kindly acts and true.
There's always noble serice for noble souls to do.
We're not all blessed with beauty; Nor everyone with brains.
But eacch from every other has something good to gain
So let us make an effort to keep it as a rule.
That each one needs the other within the Katong School.
Then let us fill the hours with minutes truly spent.
In helping one another towards a true content.
So let us serve in honour and work for selfless fame.
For credit of our country and glory of her name.

June the Fourteenth.
06142006
Today, 0614 was supposed to have a class outing.
To celebrate the commemorative date. (and HQ's birthday)
Well, let's just say, 0614 only has 8 students: 3 girls, 5 guys.
What a success. -.-
The most classic excuse,
She couldn't go because her mum is at home.
Funny =)
And another,
She couldn't go because she forgot to tell her mum.
and her mum won't let her out of the house.
Of course, there were several people who were 'sick'.
No idea if it's for real.
We basically decided not to go to East Coast.
Much to my disappointment, actually.
I haven't been there for ages.
The wind in my hair when I whooosh past in my skates.
Damn, I miss that.
I miss teaching/learning new tricks with Farhana & Shirin.
I miss egging Farah and Zakiah to go faster.
I miss suan-ning Abby & Amira.
Shit.
I miss East Coast and all the memories I have there.
Okay, that's a little out of point.
Anyway, we went to Bugis.
I now have a whole new impression of the fountain at Bugis.
It loves me, seriously.
Some smart genius suggested that we cross it.
And we did.
Only, Yan Ling and I did not get wet. At all.
That took the kick out of it but I'm okay with that. =)
It's bad enough that we were giving everyone eyesores from looking at our bright orange jerseys, we didn't have to agonize them further with our behaviour.
At least most of the people watching were very amused by our antics.
We watched Cars after that.
But not without a series of votes, as usual.
Cheo Hao was still insisting on The Omen.
And Joanne was still insisting on Cars.
Cars was not really what I expected it to be.
It was much much more than what i expected it to be.
It wasn't really much of a children's cartoon movie like, 'Over The Hedge', or 'The Wild'.
In my opinion, it has more depth than that.
But then again, I may be seriously mistaken since I didn't watch either of the abovementioned shows in the cinema.
We made an 0614 badge after the movie.
It only costs $2.90 but that was all the money I had left.
I wasn't expecting to watch a movie, okay?! =)
I left them soon after.
The reason being, I hate being broke in a mall.
Urgh. It just sucks.
I wouldn't say today's outing was a huge success.
There is a lot of room for improvement.
But it was okay. =)
Coming from a girls' school, I don't exactly go out often with guys.
And it was, entertaining to see them stare at every single chio bu that passes by.
And there was ALOT, I tell you.
And each time, I would just chuckle to myself.
Hey, it was a learning experience! =D

5 Randomness.
1. Funny how they say flag days are a way to give something back to society. It didn't feel like that at all to me. It felt more like a selfish act. Well, yes, i stood 3 hours in the hot afternoon sun. Yes, I asked every single 'makcik' who walked past to donate. Yes, i donated some money myself. But no, i did not do it for charity. No, i did not do it because i thought of the children. I did it out of selfishness, yes, i was being self-centred again. Thought were running through my mind the whole time. The whole time i was thinking, 'at any time, I would be the one who badly need this money. I would be the one living in that house.' and if I were in tha situation, I wouldn't want to be short of money. I wouldn't want to be deprived of anything just because i haven't got the money. I wouldn't want to go hungry for the lack of food. I wouldn't want to study in candlelight because the electricity bills haven't been paid for months. I was saving my own skin. No, i was not doing charity. It was a selfish act. Sorry.
2. I don't want to forget how it was. I don't want to look back one day and realise i can't remember. I want to save it all in the hard disk of my memory. All the laughters shared. All the meals eaten. All the breaths taken. I don't want to forget a single one. I don't want to forget his voice. I don't want to forget his smile. His laughter. His smell. His face. His walk. His words. What he did. How he used to scold. How he drives. How he writes. What he did. What he did. What he did. I don't want to forget him. I don't want to forget what he did. I don't want to forget what he went through. I don't want to forget what we went through. Sadly, i already have.
3. Why do I need to feel like i belong? When clearly, you can't be bothered? Why do i need to feel that somewhere, out there, in this world, someone actually cares about me? Someone actually listens to me. Why? I'm being very self-centred, I know. But I'm sick of being selfless sometimes. How do I do it? Why do I care about someone who doesn't give a shit about me? Why do I know everyone better than they know me? Why am I so afraid to fall?
4. I can't believe how much it hurts to shop with my grandmother. Sure, i went shopping today. Sure, i bought 5 tops that I, otherwise, would not have thought of buying. Sure i feel great. But why do i feel guilty? Walking beside her, slowly, catching her arm whenever her steps falter. She has never worked a day in her life. Her money? All from her children; my aunts and uncles and cousins. and she spends it on ME, little, old, selfish me. She likes to say, 'I don't need so much money. I'm an old lady with simple needs.' Hah! I tell you, my grandmother LOVES shoes. Of course, she buys suitable ones for her age. Her age? 62. In my eyes, my grandmother will always be 62. Much too young to be sick, yet. Much too young yet to go...
I will not think about that. I will deal with it when the time comes.
5. I think I'm damn freaking lucky. I was thinking, Every morning, as I stood, in front of the mirror before i leave the house for school, I grabbed my Adidas spray and sprayed myself generously. I grabbed my Adidas bag and slung it over my shoulders. I went to the shoe rack and put on my Adidas running shoes. I think, God, I'm blessed. I can afford to be materialistic. I can afford to learn the piano. I can afford to go to school. I'm one lucky ass.

Maybe it is time.
Time for her to come out in the open!
(Now that sounds rather wrong)
Subsequent posts, she will be writing in FIRST PERSON!
That means, that I, the anonymous blogger blogging for her, will be gone.

WARNING!! Bimbotic moments ahead!!
If at anytime, you feel nauseous, please, hit the navigation keys and don't puke on your poor keyboard.
She is getting fat.
Like, really, oh my god.
She desperately needs to head to the gym.
But the school gym is just intimidating.
And so is the gym nearher house.
Full of sweaty men with HUGE muscles.
--shivers--
scary.
and she so can't be bothered to wash her face before she sleeps.
She gets this like, breakouts in the morning.
but well, her face is too full of these thingies.
and her diet is not helping.
Apparently, she's not taking in enough water.
That makes her skin all scraggly. and her knees are peeling.
Well, no, that's an exaggeration.
Whatever.
She's sick of acting bimbo.
Bimbotic moment over! =)
[You can start reading here.]
Well, okay, she's tired.
Gotta get some sleep.
hmm? o_O
Jeremy must have left his com on and went to sleep.
-.-'
Sounds like Ain.
LOL!
Sleepwalkers.

A song that has been on her mind...
Cinta - Melly Goeslaw.
Menatap jalan yang menjauh
Tentukan arah yg ku mau
Tempatkan aku pada satu
Peristiwa yang membuat hati lara
Di dekat engkau aku tenang
Sendu matamu penuh tanya
Misteri hidup akankah menghilang
Dan bahagia di akhir cerita
Cinta tegarkan hatiku
Tak mau sesuatu merenggut engkau
Naluriku berkata
Tak ingin terulang lagi
Kehilangan cinta hati
Bagai raga tak bernyawa
Aku junjung petuamu
Cintai dia yang mencintaiku
Hati yang dulu belayar
Kini telah menepi
Bukankah hidup kita
Akhirnya harus bahagia
Cinta
Biar saja ada
Yang terjadi biar saja terjadi
Bagai manapun hidup
Memang hanya cerita
Cerita tentang meninggalkan dengan ditinggalkan
Cinta

She's dragging herself to blog.
She finds it such a chore these days.
There's nothing to blog about.
The dull mundane events of everyday life are, well, dull.
She owes nyx an article.
but she just can't seem to write a proper one.
It's weird how she loves reporting but just can't find the energy to write.
Is this a psychological thing?
Maybe.
She hasn't been online often
because, well, her sisters have been hogging the comp.
and she just gave up trying to pry them away from it.
While eating lunch just now, she must have been too greedy.
Swallowed without chewing.
savage beast =)
Now, she feels that something is stuck in her throat.
An annoying thingy that pokes into her throat everytime she swallows.
Even got in her way when she was trying to enjoy her banana split.
She must be coming down with something.
Ulcers on her tongue.
Urgh.
Not nice.
She is bored.
Laziness set in her bones.
Maybe it's time she blogs in first person point of view?
Naaaahhhh.. not yet =)
In an alternate reality....
She wonders if she belongs.
She tries hard to fit in, but it seems as though, it's all for naught.
She is just not meant for this.
Maybe.
She feels the cold wind sometimes.
and she is rather quiet these days.
She needs someone to totally crap with.
with no limitations.
She is growing more serious and she hates that.
Everyone else has grown up.
Sometimes, she feels even younger than her younger sister.
She hates the look that people give.
The o_O look.
Completed with either a half-sneer or a gaping mouth.
What is wrong with totally losing it once in a while?
She is not, by nature, a quiet person.
Although few might agree, she is far from quiet.
If she is quiet...
it means, something is seriously wrong....
or she is just tired. (which happens a lot too.)
She just feels so out of place sometimes,
with no one to hold on to.
Nothing to lean on.
She is not exactly in a high mood these days.
Apologies to anyone she may have ignored, annoyed etc.

When a man dies,
he gives his life to death;
he gives his body to the earth;
and his soul to God.

No matter what happens,
Even if the gates of hell open
And we're left stranded out in the ocean
I'll love you even with my feelings unspoken
Even as the whole world is left broken
And its foundations torn asunder
Our love will rise with the thunder

Her aunt just passed away.
Not her direct aunt but an aunt who married into her dad's family.
The aunt who used to make fantabulous curry puffs.
The aunt who had gone through so much hardship when her husband died.
The aunt who always had on a cheerful, warm smile.
The aunt who made her feel welcomed whenever they dropped by her house.
That aunt.
Never again will she smile that knowing smile.
Never again will she make those fantabulous curry puffs.
Never again will she gossip with the girl's mum on the phone.
Never again will she see, nor speak, nor taste, nor listen.
Never again will she breathe....
As she walked into the house, the smell of death was unmistakeable.
The last time she stepped into that house was about 3 years ago.
Many were crying and there were moments, when she too felt like tearing, but she held it in.
What made her cry was not her aunt's death.
But her aunt's daughter's grief.
How could she not cry?
Her mother just passed away and she has no blood relatives in Singapore.
Her father passed away a long time ago and she only had her mother to depend on.
As this girl gazed at her crying hysterically, she saw a reflection of herself.
At anytime, the position could be reversed.
She could be that girl, wailing her lungs out.
She could be the one who passed out, stricken with grief.
As she thought about all this, her eyes watered.
Strangely though, her ego forbids her from crying in public.
She fought to keep the tears in.
The time then came for the relatives to say their final goodbyes.
The final kisses, and the final look at her face.
Blocked by a big fat guy, the girl's view was limited.
She could only see the eyebrows.
Such a shame to think that the final memory this girl has of her aunt would be of her eyebrow.
But really, it was not worth remembering how a person died, but rather, remember how she had lived.
When the time comes, and the tables are turned..
She will think about it when the time comes.
There is no use worrying about the future that is sure to happen.
One small step at a time.
God bless the soul of her aunt.
Innalillahi wa innalillahi raajiun.
